Call for Applications: WECHANGE - Networking Conference “Civil Society 4.0”, 16 – 29 June, Berlin, Germany/ DDL: the 4th of April 2019

WECHANGE eG with the sponsorship of the Federal Foreign Office of Germany organises the Networking Conference “Civil Society 4.0” on 16 – 20 of June 2019 in Berlin. The conference is organised in the framework of the Program “Expanding Cooperation with Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership Countries and Russia”.


With this conference WECHANGE eG wants to connect civil society actors from Germany, Russia and the countries of the Eastern Partnership and provide a space for exchange, networking and issue-based cooperation. Topics like digitalisation, new forms of collaboration and sustainability in all possible facets (economically, ecologically, organisationally) will be discussed during the conference.


Objectives of the conference:

  1. Presenting the exchange program for NGOs by the German Federal Foreign Office and to encourage project applications;
  2. Providing a room for networking and discussing future project ideas;
  3. Sharing knowledge and best practices on digitalisation, new forms of collaboration and sustainability for NGOs.

The call is open to NGO representatives of an NGO from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia or Germany, who are working or are interested in the conference topics and who are thinking about an exchange project with Germany or the Eastern Partnership Countries & Russia.


The working language of the conference is English. Accommodation, food and travel costs are covered by Wechange eG.


The deadline for submitting applications is the 4th of April 2019, 1 PM (CET).
