The EU-funded project ‘Civil Society. Dialogue for Progress’ has recently published a study on the current state of interaction between civil society organisations (CSOs) and government agencies on political decision-making in Belarus.
The study is based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative research instruments (such as semi-structured interviews and focus groups) and reflects the existing legal and institutional framework for cross-sectoral dialogue, as well as an assessment of cross-sectoral dialogue practices by CSOs themselves.
The study is part of a series of mapping studies on civil society conducted in the region and is available for download here.
For more information on other mapping studies and research conducted within this project, please check the ‘Civil Society. Dialogue for Progress’ website.
