The Capacity Building Path towards the Start-Up Of Regional CSOs Networks Training Program is organized in the context of the project “Black Sea NGO Forum: Building CSO Capacity for Regional Cooperation within the Black Sea Region”, implemented by the Romanian NGDO Platform – FOND, with the financial support of the European Union and the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation (BST), a project of the German Marshall Fund.
The Training Program is organized in the period June – November 2020 and it aims to support the civil society organisations part of the Black Sea NGO Forum in their process of transforming the current Working Groups into independent, thematic and structured regional CSO Networks.
The Capacity Building Path brings together civil society representatives, members of the Black Sea NGO Forum Working Groups, in accordance with the 2019 Strategic Framework for Civil Society Cooperation in the Black Sea Region (Istanbul, 2019).
