We are very excited to announce that the 12th edition of the Black Sea NGO Forum will take place between the 23rd and 25th of October 2019, Istanbul, Turkey.
This year’s edition will be organised in the context of the project “Black Sea NGO Forum: Building CSO Capacity for Regional Cooperation within the Black Sea Region”, implemented by the Romanian NGDO Platform – FOND, with the financial support of the European Commission.
