If you are a civil society organization (CSO), a funding entity (Donor), a scholar or an independent expert (including journalism/media professionals) working in one or more countries of the wider Black Sea region (i.e. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation, Turkey or Ukraine), we kindly ask you to help us map the current dynamic between donors and CSOs in this area.
More specifically, we would like to understand the challenges that both CSOs and donors have in these countries, especially in terms of funding opportunities and priorities, and which measures different stakeholders think should be appropriate to improve the current funding landscape so that CSOs can achieve their goals more effectively and with fewer financial and non-financial costs.
We invite you to complete our 15 minutes long survey here. The deadline for submitting responses is the 17th of April 2018.
The survey was created by the Centre for International Cooperation and Development Studies (IDC), an independent research centre of the University of Bucharest (Romania) as part of the project “Donor-CSO Relationship in the Black Sea Region“, within the larger program “Enhancing Civil Society Role in Development Partnerships Post-2015” implemented globally by CSO Partnership for Development Effectiveness – CPDE and within Europe by the Romanian NGDO Platform – FOND, as part of the CPDE 2017 Regional Work-Plan.
