The Romanian NGDO Platform is pleased to announce the organisation of the 7th edition of the Black Sea NGO Forum “Enabling Environment for CSOs: Towards a Strategy of Civil Society in the Black Sea Region”, taking place between the 8th-10th of December 2014, in Kiev, Ukraine, with the support of the European Commission, the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in partnership with UNDP Bratislava Regional Centre, and CSO Partnership for Development Effectiveness – CPDE.

This year’s edition theme

Taking into consideration the recommendations of our participants, the 7th edition of the Black Sea NGO Forum will launch a multi-stakeholder regional consultation with the purpose of starting the process of creating a Strategy of Civil Society in the Black Sea Region. In order for this to be a successful endeavour, we rely on your valuable input and expertise to identify the common needs and challenges for fostering an enabling environment in which civil society carries out its activity. Moreover, with your help we will explore potential solutions through concrete regional cooperation initiatives in key thematic sectors such as: democracy & human rights, environment, child protection or youth.
