The 11th edition of the Black Sea NGO Forum is just a few days away!
The title of this year’s edition is “Building a more resilient civil society in the Black Sea region“.
By taking place in Brussels, the 11th edition of the Black Sea NGO Forum aims at drawing attention on the importance of the Black Sea Synergy and on the contribution brought by civil society to its transversal priorities and themes, as well as to increasing society resilience within the Black Sea Region.
The event is organised by the Romanian NGDO Platform (FOND), in partnership with the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and with the financial support of the European Commission.

Part of the agenda, on the first day of the event (12th of November, 16:00 – 17:30) a series of four parallel thematic workshops will be held:
Keeping the momentum – from protest rallies to civic engagement
Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship for Creating Social and Economic Value
The Common Maritime Agenda – How can civil society be engaged?
Moreover, on the second day of the Forum (13th of November, 18:00 – 19:00) a special side-event, under the form of an informal discusssion will be organised:
Counteracting Emotional Burnout: Self – and Structural Support of Civil Activists
Just like in the previous year, on the third day of the event (14th of November, 9:00 – 11:00) we will organise a Regional Café with the representatives of donor organisations active in the Black Sea region, to encourage donor-CSO dialogue on funding priorities and programmes.
